Finally the church is open for investigations for groups or teams to investigate. The price is $300.00 for 12 hours, this is for up to 7 guest's included in that price for the group. You can have more people but its 45.00 for each person over . There is no heat or electric in the church and also why the price is 75.00 cheaper than the summer. If you book the Convent and Church at 600.00 for both you will get a room with a heater in the convent plus electricity in the Convent.
Bring your own equipment and capture EVPs like we have captured. We have heard footsteps, disembodied voices, seen shadows and more. Guest's have had blankets pulled off their bed as they sleep. We do not supply beds, so bring your own air mattress or cot if you plan on trying to sleep. We do not supply snacks or food, so feel free to bring your own. There are some good restaurants within 15 minutes from the location. There is a porta pottie.
The Church was built in 1915 and ran until 2005. It slowed down when it merged with 5 other parishes, and finally closed for good in 2005 due to a shortage of priests. We are helping the owner restore this property to bring it back to life. Money from the overnights will go to bring the convent back to life. At the moment the only access is the convent. There are a few other buildings on the property that include an old school and church that we will be working with the owner to help restore. The community can see something come back to life rather than slip away to the elements.
Like always no drugs or alcohol on the property. If we find that you are under the influence we will remove you from the property. We ask that you are quiet on the outside of the building since there are neighbors close to the property. We ask that you park on the property, our guides will show you where to park. This property is watched closely by the neighbors and they will call the police if you are there and not on our events or scheduled to be there. The cemetery close to the property is off limits while on our events. You shouldn't be in there after dark anyways. No Ouija boards or seances of any kind are allowed and no provoking ghosts is allowed.
