We welcome everyone to a new location that we host private overnights for groups or teams to investigate. The winter cost is $300.00 for 12 hours, this is for up to 7 guest's included in that price for the group. You can have more people but its 40.00 for each person over . You will have access to the school for free during the winter months as a bonus. There is no heat in the school and a few windows are out. The basement has a bomb shelter and the basement is out of any drafts.
Bring your own equipment and capture EVPs like we have captured. We have heard footsteps, disembodied voices, seen shadows and more. Guest's have had blankets pulled off their bed as they sleep. We do not supply beds, so bring your own air mattress or cot if you plan on trying to sleep. We do not supply snacks or food, so feel free to bring your own. There is a microwave. There are some good restaurants within 15 minutes from the location. There is a porta pottie and electricity. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, but feel free to sleep in other areas. When the weather is cold there will be one heated base camp area.
The convent was built in 1889 and ran until 1979. It slowed down when it merged with 5 other parishes, and finally closed for good in 2005 due to a shortage of priests. We are helping the owner restore this property to bring it back to life. Money from the overnights will go to bring the convent back to life. At the moment the only access is the convent. There are a few other buildings on the property that include an old school and church that we will be working with the owner to help restore. The community can see something come back to life rather than slip away to the elements.
Like always no drugs or alcohol on the property. If we find that you are under the influence we will remove you from the property. We ask that you are quiet on the outside of the building since there are neighbors close to the property. We ask that you park on the property, our guides will show you where to park. This property is watched closely by the neighbors and they will call the police if you are there and not on our events or scheduled to be there. The cemetery close to the property is off limits while on our events. You shouldn't be in there after dark anyways. No Ouija boards or seances of any kind are allowed and no provoking ghosts is allowed.
