We welcome everyone to the very haunted Convent that we host private overnights for groups or teams to investigate. The price is $375.00 per building so Convent, Church and School. We will give you a deal on all 3 locations just reach out to us. Your time is for 12 hours, this is for up to 7 guest's included in that price for the group. You can have more people but its 50.00 for each person over. You can have more people free if you book more than one building. There is only one small room with an electric heater for a base area but it shouldnt be cold most of these months. The rest of Convent is cold and but has electricity. The Church and the School has no electricity and there is a porta potty on the property. The School was built in 1931 and Convent in 1914 and Church in 1915.
Bring your own equipment and capture EVPs like we have captured. We have heard footsteps, disembodied voices, seen shadows and more. Guest's have had blankets pulled off their bed as they sleep. We do not supply beds, so bring your own air mattress or cot if you plan on trying to sleep. We do not supply snacks or food, so feel free to bring your own. There is a microwave and small fridge. There are some good restaurants within 15 minutes from the location. There is a porta pottie and electricity. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, but feel free to sleep in other areas. The Church is now available for investigations. Closed in 2005 due to a shortage of priests. We are helping the owner restore this property to bring it back to life. Money from the overnights will go to bring the convent back to life.
Like always no drugs or alcohol on the property. If we find that you are under the influence we will remove you from the property. We ask that you are quiet on the outside of the building since there are neighbors close to the property. We ask that you park on the property, our guides will show you where to park. This property is watched closely by the neighbors and they will call the police if you are there and not on our events or scheduled to be there. The cemetery close to the property is off limits while on our events. You shouldn't be in there after dark anyways. No Ouija boards or seances of any kind are allowed and no provoking ghosts is allowed.
